Gymnastics

Parent/Tot, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Pre-Team gymnastics for girls and boys ages 1+. Athletes will be able to take classes once or twice per week (except pre-team which is automatically twice per week). Athletes will learn skills on Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor with a focus on strength, flexibility and endurance as well as discipline, dedication and determination.

Beginner Gymnastics
Beginner level gymnastics on all four events - Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. Athletes will focus on the fundamentals of gymnastics (form, tightness, flexibility) as well as learn beginner level skills and conditioning moves.

Athletes may choose to attend classes one or two days per week (multi-class discounts apply when taking classes twice per week).
Intermediate Gymnastics
Intermediate athletes will build on the skills they learned in beginner gymnastics on all four events - Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. Athletes will continue to work on the fundamentals of form, flexibility and tightness while adding to their gymnastics skill set. Intermediate athletes will start to build on their conditioning skills as well.

Athletes may choose to attend classes one or two days per week (multi-class discounts apply when taking classes twice per week).
Advanced Gymnastics
Advanced gymnastics will build upon the skill learned in beginner and intermediate gymnastics on all four events - Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. Athletes will continue to work on the fundamental skills of form and flexibility while building their strength with advanced conditioning skills.

Athletes may choose to attend classes one or two days per week (multi-class discounts apply when taking classes twice per week).
Pre-Team Gymnastics
Pre-Team is the final level for gymnasts before being invited to the competitive gymnastics team. Athletes will attend class twice per week year round and will develop the skills necessary to successfully compete in gymnastics. Athletes will also continue to perfect the fundamentals of form and flexibility while increasing their strength with higher level conditioning.
